Vignan Institute of Technology and Science is the brainchild of Dr. Lavu Rathaiah, Chairman, Vignan Group of Institutions, was founded in 1999 with four branches of Engineering.

VGNT is a premier institution of higher learning committed to excellence in education and research. With a vibrant community of around 2,500 students, the institution offers B.Tech programs in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering(EEE), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Computer Science and Engineering(CSE), CSE (AI&ML), CSE(Data Science), Information Technology(IT), AI&DS, AI&ML and Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) and M.Tech programs in CSE, AI&DS, ES, PEED. Supported by experienced faculty, modern infrastructure, and world-class facilities, the campus spans 350 acres of serene valleys, watersheds, mango groves, and lush greenery, providing an ideal environment for learning and innovation.
