The BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus began its academic journey on 29 August 2008 and has since evolved into a vibrant centre for learning, research, and innovation. Spread across a fully residential 200-acre campus, it is home to over 6,200 students and 300 faculty and 250 non-teaching staff members, supported by state-of-the-art infrastructure for academics, research, and co-curricular activities.

With 12 academic departments and strong administrative support, the campus upholds BITS Pilani’s legacy of academic excellence through rigorous curricula, innovative pedagogy, and immersive industry exposure via the Practice School programme. Our faculty are deeply engaged in path-breaking fundamental and applied research, while actively strengthening ties with industry and society.
